If paying by instalments, consecutive, post-dated cheques for the 1st of each month equalling the balance of the tuition must be included with this registration. Method of payment has no bearing on the term and/or the total amount of the tuition owed. If your child should withdraw from the ExtraHelp, HomeWork, EnRichment, Spanish, or French Club, before the registered ending date, the tuition will be adjusted to the time enrolled as indicated in the fee schedule.

                  Please note that as of May 15th, 2008 only a select few places are left at our Waterloo location and we
                  cannot guarantee that a place at St. Jude's in Waterloo will be available for your child. Please email us
                  and we will let you know if a spot is available.

                  HeadStart at our Kitchener location (888 Trillium Drive - Scholars' Hall) is a must larger facility and as a
                  result we continue to have a few places at all grades :
